Private Investment & Financing Mandate

Exploring private investment opportunities with discipline and discretion.

Crable Partners represents private investment interests. We review funding proposals from entrepreneurs, established companies and project developers, and explore potential financing partnerships where a proposal shows genuine commercial merit.

Every proposal is reviewed. Submission does not guarantee investment or financing.

About us

A considered route between projects and potential funding.

We represent private investment interests. Our purpose is to identify commercially viable businesses and projects seeking funding, review their proposals with care and, where there is a sensible fit, explore financing partnerships.

Our approach. We look for a clear proposition, market understanding, capable people, realistic financials, a purposeful use of funds and a clean legal structure. Each proposal is read against the same considerations, and meeting them does not guarantee progress.

Confidentiality. What you submit is used to assess your proposal and handled in confidence. We will not pass your proposal to a third party as part of an introduction without first discussing it with you. This is our practice, not a signed non-disclosure agreement unless one is agreed in writing.

1

Reviewing proposals

We read and assess the funding proposals we receive. Reviewing a proposal is not a commitment to support it.

2

Arranging introductions

Where a proposal appears suitable, we may introduce it to potential funding partners. An introduction is not an offer or a promise of finance.

3

Providing finance

Direct financing would arise only after due diligence and under separate written terms agreed by all parties. Nothing on this site is such an offer.

Complete the proposal form and attach your business plan or project proposal.

  2. 02

    Initial Review

Your submission is read to assess fit with our interests and basic commercial viability.

  3. 03

    Clarification

Where a proposal is of interest, we may ask for further information or a conversation.

  4. 04

    Due Diligence

Shortlisted proposals are subject to independent assessment and due diligence.

  5. 05

    Outcome

You are told whether we wish to proceed, make an introduction, or decline. Not every proposal progresses.

FAQ

Questions applicants ask.

What types of businesses can apply?

We review proposals from entrepreneurs, established companies, property developers and project owners across the sectors listed above, including startups, real estate, infrastructure, agriculture, technology, manufacturing, energy, and hospitality and tourism. We also consider other commercially viable ventures. Applicants may be based in any country, subject to applicable laws and sanctions.

What funding amounts are considered?

We do not publish a fixed funding range. Proposals of different sizes are assessed on their merits and on how well they fit our interests. State clearly how much you are seeking and exactly how it would be used. Stating an amount does not indicate that funds of that size are available.

Can startups apply?

Yes. Startups and early-stage businesses are welcome. Be ready to explain the market opportunity, the team, what has been achieved so far, how the funding would be used and how the business expects to generate returns.

What documents are required?

A completed proposal form is required. We strongly recommend attaching a business plan or project proposal, ideally with financial projections, a summary of ownership and management, and a clear statement of how the funds would be used. If your proposal is of interest, we may later ask for further documents. Do not send bank details, card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers.

How long does the review process take?

There is no guaranteed timeline. Initial review depends on the volume and complexity of submissions, and we cannot promise an individual response to every proposal. Where a proposal is of interest, we will normally contact you to request further information. Any due diligence that follows takes longer.

Is submitting a proposal a guarantee of funding?

No. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee investment, financing or a response of any particular kind. All proposals are subject to assessment and due diligence, and any financing, if offered, would be subject to separate written agreement. Submitting a proposal creates no obligation on us to review it in any particular way, to respond, to make an introduction or to provide finance.

What is the difference between reviewing, introducing and financing?

Reviewing means we read and assess your proposal. Introducing means that, if a proposal appears suitable and with your agreement, we may put it in front of potential funding partners; an introduction is not an offer of finance. Financing means money actually being provided, which would only happen after due diligence and under separate written terms agreed by all parties.

Do you charge a fee to submit a proposal?

There is no charge to submit a proposal. Be cautious of anyone who asks you to pay fees in connection with it. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, stop and contact us at the email address on this website.

Are you a regulated investment firm?

Crable Partners is not presented as a regulated investment firm, bank or licensed lender. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any investment or to provide credit. Applicants should obtain independent professional advice.
